The Community Foundation's Board of Directors consists of active community leaders, who exemplify volunteerism, philanthropy, and community service. Many the decisions the Foundation Board makes have a direct impact on the good of the community.

Steven J. Wright Past-President
Attorney at Law with Wright, Wright, and Hampton; graduate cum laude from Allegheny College with a law degree from Albany Law School; Director for the Sunset Hill Cemetery Association; active in the Jamestown Bar Association; YMCA; County Tennis League; Fenton History Center; Lakewood Rod & Gun Club; Sportsmen's Club and a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Jennifer L. Satalino President
Jennifer is the Senior Vice Pres./Senior District Executive of Northwest Savings Bank/Jamestown Savings Bank. Her affiliations include: Rotary Club of Jamestown, Jamestown Strategic Planning & Partnerships Commission, DJDC, Jamestown Renaissance Corp., United Way of Southern Chautauqua and the Gebbie Foundation Community Committee.
Pamela D. Noll Vice President Pamela is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Allied Alarm Services, Inc. She belongs to the Rotary Club of Greater Jamestown AM serving as a Board Member; Chautauqua Leadership Network, Board of Directors; and Bemus Point United Methodist Church, Administrative Board, Staff Parish Relations Committee and Capital Campaign Committee.
Denise R. Jones Treasurer
Denise, born and raised in Jamestown, is the Chief Operating Officer of The Resource Center. She holds membership in the Hillcrest Baptist Church, Treasurer; TRC Foundation; Filling the Gap; Team Services; New Vision Services; Connections, Inc.; Community Inclusion, Inc.; and Chautauqua Resources.
Michael C. Bird
Originally from California, Mike is Publisher of The Post-Journal and Regional Publisher for The Post-Journal, Dunkirk Observer, Warren Times Observer and Westfield Republican Publications in 2006. Mike is involved in the Rotary Club of Jamestown, YMCA of Jamestown, Southern Chautauqua United Travel Soccer and New York State Publishers Association.
Pierre Richard Fleurant
Richard is the Director of Community Building at the United Way of Southern Chautauqua County. A Houghton College graduate, he serves as a member of the Jamestown Juneteenth Committee, a Board member of St. Susan‘s Center, president of the City of Jamestown‘s Youth Advisory Board, a member of the Mayor‘s Strategic Planning and Partnership Commission, and a Deacon at Emmanuel Baptist Church.
Carol S. Hay
Secretary Carol is the former Superintendent of Schools for Panama School District. She received her B.A. from Adrian College in Michigan and Masters of Advanced Study from SUNY Fredonia. She currently serves as a member the CRCF scholarship committee and as a member of the Panama United Methodist Church.
Ronald is a retired orthodontist. After serving in the USAF, Ron returned to Jamestown where he served on the Board of Directors of the Jamestown Audubon Society. He is an avid astronomer, and has his own observatory. Ron also submits articles on astronomy to the Post-Journal regularly.
Dana Lundberg is an attorney and runs his own practice, Lundberg Law Offices. He graduated from SUNY Buffalo School of Law and Hiriam College in Ohio. Dana has served on the Board of Directors for the Reg Lenna Civic Center, the Legal Aid of Chautauqua Region and is a member of the Frewsburg Lions Club. He is married to Kathleen Lundberg and the son of Dale and Carolyn Lundberg.
Christy Brecht works for the Southern Tier Brewing Company. She is a Southwestern graduate, who earned an accounting degree from Penn State University. Christy is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Jamestown, the Southwestern Schools Education Foundation and Penn State Erie – The Behrend College Council of Fellows. She is married to Michael Brecht and has two children, Taylor and Jake.
