More than 85 community leaders met at Chautauqua Institution Thursday as part of an effort to draw attention to the needs of the county in four areas-the arts, economic development, education and human services.  At left, R. Michael Goldman, treasurer of the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation, presents a plaque to John D.
