Chautauqua Region Community Foundation Proud to Support Annual Sinclairville History Fair

A celebration of Sinclairville and the surrounding Cassadaga Valley will take place Saturday, September 10th, and the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation is proud to support this annual event. The History Fair schedule will kick-off Saturday morning with a pancake breakfast at 8 a.m., followed by the Grand Parade at 10 a.m. There will be events throughout the day, concluding with a spectacular fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. The History Fair is also one of the last events listed in the "Passport to History", which was created for Chautauqua County's Bicentennial, and is available at the Community Foundation. Visit the Valley Historical Society museum on History Fair day, located at the corner of Main and Lester Streets, to get your passport stamped. The Historical Society was formed in 1977 to preserve the history of the Cassadaga Valley. The Museum is located in an 1840s building used as a general store, and houses many artifacts, photographs, and documents relating to the history of the region.
