On December 12, the Board of Directors at the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation approved the final grant awards from the Foundation’s designated funds. At the end of this year, $470,010.27 will have been awarded to 93 churches and charitable agencies throughout the Chautauqua Region.  Money comes from 133 endowment funds that earned income throughout the year and will support specific non-profit organizations as identified by the original donor. Grants will benefit religious, educational, arts and humanities, youth and human service projects and initiatives.
