The following scholarship applications to all Community Foundation scholarships NOT covered by the High School or College applications. Students will find instructions for the completion of the special application at the top of the form and are NOT REQUIRED to complete a College Financial Aid Report to be considered eligible.
Note: If you apply for special scholarships, you can still apply for the general High School and College scholarships as well.

Application for students or teachers in the Chautauqua Region who are planning educational experiences abroad or foreign students visiting the region for educational purposes.

Robert "Bobby" Guy Pollino II Memorial Scholarship Fund
Application for a JHS graduating senior who was on the varsity baseball team.
Deadline is May 15th.
Rotary Club of Greater Jamestown "Help Kids Play Hockey" Scholarship Fund
Application for children in Chautauqua County who would like to play ice hockey but cannot afford the equipment or fees.
Deadline is June 27th.

Labor Scholarships
Ben Spitale Memorial Labor Scholarship
Application for a student who is or has a parent or guardian who is a member, in good standing, of a union in the Jamestown Area Labor Council who is ambitious, industrious, has a sense of community and financial need.

United Association of Steamfitters & Plumbers Scholarship
Application for a Chautauqua County high school graduate interested in entering the plumbing, heating, air conditioning/refrigeration or temperature control fields.
