Chautauqua Lake Association Benefits from Funding Provided by the Community Foundation
At a recent meeting, the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation Board of Directors made the decision to provide the CLA with $20,000 in an outright grant, and to encourage municipalities that benefit from Chautauqua Lake to provide $10,000 in matching funds, for a total potential of $30,000. |
Community Foundation Helps to Fund Projects in Randolph Area
The John Edward McLaughlin Family Fund is designed to provide financial assistance to religious and non-religious charitable activities in the Randolph area. This past May, a committee made their recommendations on which groups should receive funds in 2011. Recently, Community Foundation Executive Director Randy Sweeney and Community Foundation Program Officer Lisa Lynde traveled to Randolph present those organizations with their awards. |
